Returns Made Easy

We aim to provide fault free garments and take great pride that our garments are made here in New Zealand however if you receive a faulty garment we will repair (if repairable), refund or replace at our discretion.

Goods are deemed faulty if they have been damaged in transit or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. Damage from rough surfaces such as concrete pool edges or contact with velcro from aquacise belts or board shorts for example, are considered wear and tear and should be avoided as they will damage your swimsuit. Sunscreen can also stain or discolour fabric. Chlorine is very harsh on swimsuits so if you are going to wear it regularly in chlorine or heated spa pools or hydro therapy pools (once a week or more) please order chlorine resistant fabric to ensure the longevity of your swimsuit.

Where possible we will offer to repair to faulty items. If you would like an exchange of your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size subject to availability. A full refund will be issued if the swimsuit can not be repaired or replaced, including the original shipping cost.
